Hot Tub Parts: This section contains the major component parts of the WATER systems within your hot tub. Main inlet/outlet, suctions, drains, filters and filter housings are all included. Water is pumped through jets to provide hydrotherapy massage and this section includes all of the pipe, manifolds, fittings and water jets.

  • Divertor Valves

    Hot Tub divertor valves are used to divert the flow of water from one area of the spa to another, moving the water flow from one seat to another for instance. They are available in either 1" or 2" and these measurements are taken from the size of pipe entering the valve.

  • On/Off Valves

    Waterway On/Off valves. The dimensions relate to the pipework size connecting into the valve. (The dimensions do not relate to any sizes on the valves)

    Pump unions in the 4 main sizes, 2" being the most common. NONE of the dimensions relate to ANY measurement on the union. Sizing help, union outside diameters : 1" union = 2-2/8" - 57mm 1-1/2" union = 2-13/16" - 71mm 2" union = 3-3/8" - 81mm 2-1/2" union = 4-1/4" - 105mm

  • Manifolds

    These 3 sections all contain hot tub water manifolds. The 1-1/2" and 2" sections contain traditional looking spa manifolds. There are also another breed of manifold which we have struggled to give a good name, so we have called them (what they look like) the bottom of Spaceships.

    Standard hot tub plumbing fittings are also known as 'Schedule 40'. This is a reference to the nominal pipe size and the wall thickness of the pipework. Two inch fittings do not measure 2 inches on the inside or outside; but they accept 2 inch schedule 40 pipe (pipe with a nominal size of 2 inches). The actual pipe size must be looked up in a reference table.
