  Ozone

  From the 1st January 2025 the new law across Europe regarding corona discharge ozonators is basically : we can sell you an ozonator but you are not allowed to fit it to your spa.

  We do not pass on your details to anybody about you purchasing an ozonator.

  Ozone is active oxygen. Ozone (at the levels used in hot tubs) is harmless and reacts quickly with contaminants in water, making it ideal for use in hot tubs to help purify the water. Ozone is generated by ultraviolet (UV) light or by corona discharge (CD). Older units found in hot tubs use UV light ozonators, now largely replaced by the more efficient CD chip units. Ozone is very gentle to skin and eyes and is pH neutral.

  Circulation Pumps

  Hot tub circulation pumps, when fitted to spas, are extremely important. Without their correct running the hot tub will cease to heat and filter correctly. The most common pumps in the UK and Europe are Laing and Aqua Flo.

Chinese hot tub pumps can be replaced using our Chinese Replacements, using quality Italian motors and genuine wet ends from USA. No other parts company has sold or identified as many pumps as us.   PCB's Packs and Panels

  Control systems are the brains of the hot tub. Components consist of the hot tub control panel or touchpad, the spa pack containing the circuit board and the heater.

  Lighting

  Hot Tubs and spas always have some kind of lighting and the nearly all use the same fitting for the bulb. The most common used light fitting are 3-1/2" and 5" both of which can accept an LED bulb.
