You are paying to have your screen repaired.

We can only replace screens.

We can't repair any other faulty parts.

When you send yours, we do not send you a replacement, we repair yours.

Once you have placed the order (paid), you send YOUR touchpad to us.

Include all your contact details. When the panel is repaired, we will return your panel back. If the panel cannot be repaired (because when we open it up there is water ingress onto the circuit board which happens very rarely) we will refund the cost of the repair less the shipping charge, and return the panel to you.

We cannot repair cracked outer screens or other such damage. 

Be very careful of what you read online in the hope that you have found one, you won't have. We know of customers who have bought these panels only to find out the mistake.

There are sellers that are using smoke and mirrors to make you think it is still available.

The original style with the modem style connector (the one that fails) is NOT available.

The current model that looks identical DOES NOT CONNECT TO YOUR CIRCUIT BOARD.

Your VERY best option is to have us repair your Hotsprings Dog Bone touchpad.

We only warranty the screen repair and no other parts of the touchpad following the new installation.

We have a 100% screen replacement repair rate.

If your touchpad is returned to you and there is still an underlying problem, not associated with the screen replacement, we will honour a £350 credit against the new system that you will require.
